I will guide you on every step of your journey by nurturing your evolution using traditional psychotherapy practices & holistic coaching & therapy. I will help you acknowledge and uncover the deep feelings and emotions within your mind, body and soul that have held you back and look beyond the conscious mind and the physical symptoms, to expand your self awareness. We will work together to discover where you are misaligned and empower you to make the necessary changes towards personal growth.
About me
Evolve Holistically is the divine creation of me, Jenai Harrington. After experiencing my own personal battles and life struggles, I have evolved and transformed my life into living it on my own terms. I have a background in health and fitness coaching and working with children with their own special needs. I am qualified in (Dip.) Holistic Counselling, Certified Meditation Teacher, Holistic Wellness & Mindset Coach, Certified Trauma and Abuse Counselling, Certified Crystal Healing Practioner, Reiki Practitioner along with holding a Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness and Education Support. I am confident that with my experience and unique qualities that I can guide you towards living a more fulfilling life.
