Full payment of sessions is required prior to or on the day of your scheduled therapy session. This can be made via card payment (credit cards are accepted) or bank transfer.
Online payments for virtual therapy sessions are via bank transfer.
I offer online sessions Australia and Worldwide via zoom or FaceTime. If you are unable to attend in person due to unforeseen circumstances, in emergency situations or if you do not feel comfortable, online and telephone therapy appointments can be arranged. Appointments can be still be made online or via phone to arrange a suitable time and day. Please feel free to contact for more information.
Yes I do accept NDIS participants. The conditions are dependant on your funding allocations, plan and the management of that plan. Please contact to discuss.
48 hours notice must be given for cancellations or rescheduling of sessions. A cancellation fee of will incur if cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your booked time.
If notice of cancellation or rescheduling occurs without 24 hours notice, FULL rate of session is owed at the time of cancellation.
If you do not attend your appointment without giving notice, you will be charged the full rate of session.
