Energy Healing
Crystal healing is a gentle form of therapy. Crystals are placed on the body or around the aura in order to create shifts in the bodies energy system. Each crystal has its own unique vibrational energy and they are able to deeply move through your body and your chakras, which is where all our emotions, past traumas and worries are blocked.
