I will help you acknowledge and uncover the deep feelings and emotions within your mind, body and soul that have caused you pain so that we can be purposeful in working through them. We will look beyond the conscious mind and the physical symptoms, to expand your self awareness. Your healing journey will take place by seeing where you are misaligned and empowered to make the necessary changes towards personal growth.
About me
Evolve Holistically is the divine creation of me, Jenai Harrington. After experiencing my own personal battles and life struggles, I have evolved and transformed my life into living it the way my soul was intended to live. I have a background in health and fitness coaching and working with children with their own special needs. I am qualified in (Dip.) Holistic Counselling, Certified Meditation Teacher, Holistic Human Development Coach, Certified Trauma and Abuse Counselling, Certified Crystal Healing Practioner, Reiki Practitioner along with holding a Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness and Education Support. I am confident that with my experience and unique qualities that I can guide you towards living a more joyful life.
